I’ve been looking around and found the Tartan Tights displayed on Tights Please to be the best value at £7.99.

My plan is to wear them to a party I’m going to later with a knee height black skirt and black top, this will ensure that peoples attention is firmly centered on my new tights. If you were going for a punk look, some boots and some ripped denim would be awesome.
