The military fashion trend that is a year round fashion favourite, morphing each season into something new and funky and the army trend took over the runways at Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton, Rag & Bone, Jean Paul Gaultier and Balmain. This spring summer the military trend has got more of a feminine feel to it and the fashion style have become a bit more softer, mixing light shirt dresses, blouses and skirts with tough rigger boots and kaki trench coats and jackets.

A key colour for this trend is normally khaki but you can also opt for earthy green tones, murky greys and accessories with bright tan. The best was to wear it is not go head to toe but mix key elements like khaki shorts with a plain vest top or t-shirt in an earthy tone. Army style tops are great with worn denim shorts or skirts and if you have a light creamy summer dress toughen it up with a green military coat.
